Then, with a swipe of the tag, your window teller gains instant access to a return customer's photo, ID and signature as well as a customer file. That file can include all prior transactions and images of prior checks cashed. This hassle-free service makes repeat customers feel you value their time and respect them. It also gives customers incentive to keep coming back, rather than go to a competitor that makes them repeat the same tedious ID validation process every week.
